Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-04

This policy explains what data the Habits app collects, why, and how it is handled.

What data is collected?

Crash diagnostics via Sentry: stack traces, device model, OS version, and an anonymized session id. App-usage statistics (time spent in apps you link to a duration habit) stay on your device and never leave the phone.

If you ask for free Premium from the app, the email it prepares includes a short ID made from your phone. It is used only to create your unlock code. The app never sends it itself: it is in the email you choose to send.

Why?

Crash data is used only to find and fix bugs. Usage statistics are used to calculate your habit time locally on the device.

Where is it stored?

Crash data: on Sentry's servers (the region is set by the Sentry project). Usage statistics and all other app data: only on your device.

Third parties

Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) processes crash reports — see https://sentry.io/privacy/. No other third party receives your data.

Data deletion

Uninstalling the app deletes all local data. To request deletion of crash data, contact neji.rami@gmail.com.

Children

The app is not directed at users under 13.
